You can ask us to stop marketing messages at any time.

• With instructors/partner trainers (only the details needed to deliver or verify a program)

We take reasonable security measures to protect personal data and respect confidentiality. Omani PDPL places confidentiality obligations on controllers.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to reduce risk.

10) Personal data breach notification

If a breach occurs that may significantly impact rights or create serious risk, the Executive Regulations require notification within 72 hours in certain cases. 

11) Your rights 

Subject to applicable law, you may request:

• Access to your personal data

• Correction of inaccurate data

• Deletion/erasure where appropriate

• Withdrawal of consent (where processing is based on consent)

12) Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for communication, service delivery, record-keeping, and compliance, then delete or anonymize it when no longer required.
